The natural landscape of the mountain and her natural and man-made features is our playground that keeps team training fresh, fun, and is yet highly relevant to our sport and the progression of our riding skills. 

REGENERATION AND RECOVERY

As snowboarders, our bodies get beat up day in and day out so we incorporate mobility work that helps keep connective tissues, muscles, and joints hydrated, mobile, and strong.

MOVEMENT ANALYSIS

We incorporate movement analysis of photos and video into our weekly routine. Although we do look at our own riding and critique it from time to time, often we watch other racers video from all ages and abilities to better understand movement.
